The Imperial Court of Washington DC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt organized in the District of Columbia and we are governed by Federal and District rules and regulations. As such, we are required to have our own Bylaws and we also have our Policies and Procedures which govern how we operate as the ICWDC.
